Wire rope electric hoist is a kind of small lifting equipment. The electric wire rope hoist has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small size, strong versatility of parts and convenient operation. It can be installed separately on the I-beam or installed. Used on electric or manual single beam, double beam, cantilever, gantry and other cranes. The motor generally uses a cone-shaped motor, which automatically locks the brake after stopping, and the matching wire rope includes a phosphate coated steel wire rope, a galvanized steel wire rope and a smooth steel wire rope.
Application of wire rope electric hoist:
Electric hoist is mainly placed on double or single girder crane, mainly used for various lifting, shifting, loading and unloading of heavy objects, oil tank flip-chip welding, such as the installation and movement of various large and medium-sized concrete, steel structures and mechanical equipment, suitable for civil construction projects and bridges of construction and installation companies, factories and mines. Construction equipment, electric power, shipbuilding, automobile manufacturing, construction, roads, bridges, metallurgy, mines, slope tunnels, well protection and other infrastructure construction machinery and equipment.
The components of the wire rope electric hoist are: motor, transmission mechanism, reel and wire rope. The motor and the reel can be roughly divided into four types according to their mutual position.
(1) The electric hoist whose motor axis is perpendicular to the reel axis adopts the worm gear transmission, which is large in size, bulky in structure, low in mechanical efficiency, and difficult to process. There are no manufacturers that produce this type of product.
(2) An electric hoist whose motor axis is parallel to the spool axis, the advantage is that the height and length are small, the disadvantages are large width dimensions, grouping, and complex manufacturing and assembly. The track has a large turning radius.
(3) The electric hoist of the motor mounted in the reel has the advantages of small length and compact structure. The main disadvantages are poor heat dissipation conditions of the motor, poor grouping, inconvenient inspection, installation and maintenance of the motor, and complicated power supply devices.
(4) The electric hoist mounted on the outside of the reel has the advantages of good grouping, high degree of generalization, easy change of lifting height, and convenient installation and maintenance. The disadvantage is that the length is large.
