Hydraulic Electric Gantry Crane for Ship Building Description:
There are two main types of ship building gantry crane, one is the double girder gantry crane and the other is the single girder gantry crane. If the span is large and the lifting weight is large, we recommend using a single beam gantry crane for shipbuilding, which is more economical.
Shipbuilding single girder gantry cranes are mainly composed of steel gantry, upper trolley, lower trolley, trolley traveling mechanism, maintenance, lubrication, elevator and electrical equipment. There are also rail clamps (or wheel actuators) for the crane, anchoring devices, lifting weight limiter systems, wind speed and direction systems, limit switches for each mechanism and another safety device. If the span is large, an offset correction system can be provided.
